The traditional Caesar salad features a creamy dressing made with anchovies, garlic, mustard, and more. In addition to crunchy romaine lettuce leaves and Large toasted bread. Sure, it has evolved over the years, but the flavors and ingredients have remained largely the same. And while I still love a good Caesar salad, these chicken Caesar tacos are a nice twist on the classic.
Like most tacos, this one uses a tortilla shell for the base. You can use whatever you like, but I used organic flour tortillas. Almond flour, cassava flour, or other tortillas would also work. Just choose something that’s not too big so it’s easy to flip.
Here’s the step: We put the marinated chicken mixture on the tortilla and cook it until it becomes golden and crispy. This contains some serious protein and adds delicious flavor. Chicken marinated with a mixture of Italian spicesLemon, pepper, garlic and onions.

What makes a really good Caesar salad is the dressing. I have Quick version here And more traditional Caesar dressing here. Lemon adds brightness and flavour, while herbs and Parmesan add another layer of flavor and creaminess.
I will use it often Homemade mayonnaise Because it is healthy and easy to make. Often times I’ll reach for avocado oil with mayonnaise Primitive cuisine. Making your own mayonnaise and sauces is simple, but sometimes it’s easier with 7 kids holding a pre-made jar. Fortunately, there are some good store-bought mayonnaise options out there now. Market is booming It’s another way I easily stock up on pantry essentials.
