I write with difficult news. After several challenging years, and a financing round that we were unable to close, our company was declared bankrupt.
I expect your first questions will be about your subscription and whether the apps will continue to work. Let me answer those directly.
Will services continue to operate?
For now, yes. Diet Doctor and Hava are still running, and you can continue to use them. But I can’t guarantee how long. A bankruptcy trustee has taken over the company and will try to sell the apps and websites to a new owner who can continue to operate them. If a buyer is found, you may not notice any change. If no buyer is found, services will eventually be discontinued. I’ll let you know if there’s news, although I can’t promise advance warning before any closure.
Your subscription and billing
To avoid being charged again for a service with an uncertain future, you can cancel your subscription at any time. How you do this depends on where you registered:
– Apple App Store: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there.
– Google Play: Open the Play Store app, go to Subscriptions, and cancel there.
– If you register on our website,Hava.coorDietDoctor.comlog in there to cancel. To get Diet Doctor, go to your profile and click “My membership“.
Cancellation will stop future charges. You can retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
I cannot promise refunds because the trustee now controls the company’s finances, and in bankruptcy the company generally cannot refund prepaid subscriptions. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can request a refund directly from Apple or Google, who decide on a case-by-case basis. The most reliable way to avoid further costs is to cancel.
Your data
We do not have an automatic way to export your data. If there is information in the application that you would like to keep, such as weight history or notes, please save it manually while the service is still online, for example, with screenshots. Once the Service is turned off, this information may not be recoverable.

I hope you carry some of that with you, no matter what happens to the apps.
I hope our services will continue under the leadership of the new owner. If they don’t, I hope you got real value from them while they were here.
