If you don’t have silicone baking cups, you can use smaller molds with a capacity of approximately 3/4 cup (180 ml). Grease it with a little butter before adding the dough.
Cheesecakes can also be served in molds.
Oven method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Follow the recipe through step 3, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
