Leaky gut solutions that speed up healing

(Natural Health365As you know, leaky gut syndrome, often referred to as “gut permeability,” lays the foundation for many autoimmune disorders. Traditionally, however, most doctors tend to prescribe steroids and/or anti-inflammatory drugs for a wide range of symptoms – ignoring the 800-pound gorilla in the room – the damaged digestive system.

To make matters worse, most traditionally trained doctors only have a few hours in basic nutritional education. This is why, in my opinion, it would be completely unreasonable for anyone to expect that Western medicine can help fix leaky gut.

Expert offers non-toxic solutions for leaky gut

Today, on the NaturalHealth365 Podcast, I will introduce you to a digestive health expert who works with many of the top integrative doctors in the United States and around the world. She graduated from Stanford University with a master’s degree in public health and is a board-certified dietitian.

If you suspect that your digestive system is causing symptoms of abdominal pain, foggy thinking, or worse yet, stress issues and immune-related illnesses – I urge you to pay close attention to what you are about to hear.
