Stress solutions using the science of yoga

Results of the Stress in America Survey show that adults continue to report high levels of stress.

For example, 75% of adults report experiencing moderate to high levels of stress in the past month Nearly half reported that their stress had increased in the past year.

Stress is a major health concern for American teens between ninth and twelfth grade. At such an early stage of life, very few children get the opportunity to learn how to properly deal with difficult situations.
